This premium silicone sock uses a small air gap to lower the convection heat from the nozzle and can handle printing temps of up to 300c. Designed specifically for the E3D Revo Nozzle. These socks encompass much of the nozzle for a solid hold and better insulating.
What is a Silicone Sock for?
Using a silicone sock helps maintain the temperature of the hotend for more consistent extrusion and also helps reduce the number of times the heater cartridge needs to cycle to keep the hotend at temperature.
