Added a Caching server

So to throw one more box into the mix, we added a caching server on to the dedicated Web server, the RAID box, firewall and DNS box.   Amanda worked all day yesterday and all night last night getting it up and running on our development machine, finally switching it over to the production server.

So we might have shaved 120ms off our page load times for you, don’t waste that free time, ok?
